Information we collect

• Booking information — your name, email address, phone number, pickup and return dates, chosen vehicle, delivery preferences, and any add-ons or notes you provide.
• Identity verification — reservations are made on our secure booking platform, Wheelbase, which confirms you hold a valid driver's license and screens driver eligibility. Wolf Premier Drive does not store images of your license or selfie; that data is processed by Wheelbase and its verification partners.
• Payment information — payments and the refundable security deposit hold are processed securely by Wheelbase and its payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card number.
• Usage data — like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand general traffic and how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device, and referral source). This helps us improve our service.
• Communications — records of messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or text.

How we use your information

• To process and confirm your reservation, payment, and refundable deposit.
• To verify identity and eligibility to rent.
• To communicate with you about your booking (confirmations, pickup details, reminders).
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rental agreement.

We share only the information necessary with trusted providers that help us run the business:

• Wheelbase — our booking platform: reservations, payments, the refundable deposit, driver and identity verification, booking confirmations, and the e-signed rental agreement.
• Roamly / Mobilitas — insurance and protection coverage for the rental.
• Supabase — secure database and hosting of website data.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

With your consent, Wolf Premier Drive may send you text messages (SMS) related to your rental — such as booking confirmations, pickup and trip reminders, and occasional promotional offers. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book or inquire about a rental.

• Message frequency varies, but is typically about 2–4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your SMS opt-in consent, with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to send you the messages described above.

Data retention & your rights

We keep booking and rental records as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements. You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at the email below (subject to records we are required to retain).

Our services are intended for adults 25 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wolf Premier Drive website and your reservations. By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. The detailed Rental Agreement you e-sign as part of your booking governs the rental of the vehicle itself; if there is any conflict, the signed Rental Agreement controls the rental.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid, unexpired driver's license.
• You represent that your license is valid and not suspended, revoked, or restricted, and that the information you provide is accurate.
• Identity and driver eligibility are verified through our booking platform (Wheelbase) before pickup.

Bookings & payments

• Reservations are made on our secure booking platform (Wheelbase) and confirmed once payment is received. Pricing is shown at checkout based on your selected vehicle and dates and may vary by season, weekend, or holiday.
• Rental charges, applicable taxes, and fees are paid online at the time of booking through Wheelbase.
• A refundable security deposit hold (a temporary authorization, not a charge) is placed on your card shortly before pickup and released after the vehicle is returned on time and in the same condition. Charges for damage, late return, fuel, mileage overage, or cleaning may be deducted from the deposit as described in your Rental Agreement.

Cancellations & changes

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellation and refund terms are provided at the time of booking and in your Rental Agreement. The refundable deposit hold is released if a reservation is cancelled before pickup.

Vehicle use

Vehicles are for personal, lawful use only and must be operated in accordance with all applicable laws and the terms of the Rental Agreement, which include (among others) prohibitions on ride-share/for-hire use, driving under the influence, smoking, unauthorized drivers, and taking the vehicle outside the United States.

Insurance & responsibility

Every rental includes an insurance protection package provided through our booking platform (Wheelbase, underwritten by Roamly/Mobilitas and Lloyd's of London). This coverage is included with, and required for, every booking and cannot be declined. Renters remain responsible for the applicable deductible and for any loss or damage not covered by the protection package, as detailed in the Rental Agreement. Your personal auto insurance or credit-card rental benefit, if any, may serve as secondary coverage but does not replace the required protection package.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolf Premier Drive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content, logo, and design of this website are the property of Wolf Premier Drive and may not be copied or used without permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles we rent.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA.
