Privacy Policy

WOLF Investing LLC, an Arizona limited liability company authorized to transact business in Nebraska under the name WOLF Premier Drive LLC ("Wolf Premier Drive," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website wolfpremierdrive.com and provides vehicle rental services in Omaha, Nebraska. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.

Information we collect

• Booking information — your name, email address, phone number, pickup and return dates, chosen vehicle, delivery preferences, and any add-ons or notes you provide.
• Identity and licence — we verify your driver's licence to confirm it is valid and that you meet our age requirement, and we record the licence number and expiry date on your Rental Agreement. Where verification is carried out electronically, it is handled by Stripe Identity and any image you submit is held by Stripe, not by us.
• Proof of insurance — if you rely on your own policy to meet the coverage requirement, we keep a copy of the evidence you provide with the rental record, as set out in your Rental Agreement. We use it only to confirm you were covered for the rental period, and to respond if there is a claim.
• Vehicle condition photographs — we photograph the vehicle immediately before it is released to you, and you can see those photographs and tell us whether you agree with them. You may also add your own photographs, at pick-up or at return; doing so is entirely optional. These images show the vehicle, and we keep them with the rental record so that both of us have the same evidence if the vehicle's condition is ever in question.
• Your photograph — identity is checked through Stripe Identity before pick-up: you photograph your licence and take a selfie inside Stripe's verification flow, and Stripe compares the two. We receive only the result and the licence details; the images stay with Stripe and we do not store them.
• Payment information — payments and the refundable security deposit hold are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never sent to our servers: we do not collect or store your card number.
• Usage data — like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand general traffic and how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device, and referral source). This helps us improve our service.
• Live site activity — while you browse wolfpremierdrive.com, the site sends us a short signal so we know someone is on the site and can be ready to help. It contains only a random session code, which page or vehicle is being viewed, the site you arrived from, and an approximate region (for example, "Nebraska"). It does not include your IP address, your name, or any way to identify you, and it is automatically deleted after 30 minutes.
• Communications — records of messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or text, and messages we send you.

How long we keep it

Booking records, signed Rental Agreements, proof of coverage, your photograph and vehicle condition photographs are kept for as long as we may need them to answer a claim, a dispute or a tax enquiry — and no longer. Live site activity is deleted automatically after 30 minutes. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Vehicle location (GPS)

Our vehicles are fitted with a telematics device that reports the vehicle's location, odometer reading, and basic engine status to us. We use this only to keep the fleet secure, confirm mileage, schedule maintenance, and recover a vehicle in the event of theft or a violation of the rental agreement. It is a property-management tool: we do not use it to monitor you personally, and we do not sell or share location data for advertising or any commercial purpose. Location data is provided by Bouncie, our telematics provider.

How we use your information

• To process and confirm your reservation, payment, and refundable deposit.
• To verify identity and eligibility to rent.
• To communicate with you about your booking (confirmations, pickup details, reminders).
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rental agreement.

Service providers we share data with

We share only the information necessary with trusted providers that help us run the business:

• Stripe — payment processing: the rental charge and the refundable security deposit hold.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, the database (Cloudflare D1) where we keep our booking and customer records, and delivery of our booking confirmation emails.
• Twilio — delivery of the text messages (SMS) described below.
• Bouncie — vehicle telematics (location, odometer, engine status), as described above.
• Anthropic — the AI model behind the assistant on our website; what you type into the chat is sent there to generate the reply.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

With your consent, Wolf Premier Drive may send you text messages (SMS) related to your rental — such as booking confirmations, pickup and trip reminders, and occasional promotional offers. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book or inquire about a rental.

• Automated texts come from (402) 509-1669. That line sends only — it is not monitored, so please don't call it or reply to it with a question. To reach a real person, call or text us at (786) 872-2010.
• Message frequency varies, but is typically about 2–4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your SMS opt-in consent, with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to send you the messages described above.

Cookies & analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve your experience. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention & your rights

We keep booking and rental records as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements. Live site activity is deleted automatically after 30 minutes. Vehicle location history is retained by our telematics provider under their own retention schedule and is used only for the purposes described above.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at the email below (subject to records we are required to retain).

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wolf Premier Drive website and your reservations. By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. The detailed Rental Agreement you accept when you book and sign online before pick-up governs the rental of the vehicle itself; if there is any conflict, the signed Rental Agreement controls the rental.

Eligibility

• You must hold a valid, unexpired driver's license and meet our minimum age requirement, which is confirmed with you before pickup.
• You represent that your license is valid and not suspended, revoked, or restricted, and that the information you provide is accurate.
• We verify your driver's license online before pickup (through Stripe Identity) and check it again at handover. If it is not valid, or the driver is not the person named on the reservation, we may decline the rental.

Bookings & payments

• Reservations are requested on this website and are not confirmed until we accept them. When you submit a request, your card is securely saved with Stripe but is not charged. We confirm the vehicle is available, and only then is the rental charged. If we cannot take the booking, you are never charged.
• Pricing is shown before you submit your request, based on your selected vehicle and dates, and may vary by season, weekend, or holiday. Rental charges, applicable taxes, and fees are paid online through Stripe.
• A refundable security deposit hold (a temporary authorization, not a charge) is placed on your card shortly before pickup and released after the vehicle is returned on time and in the same condition. Charges for damage, late return, fuel, mileage overage, or cleaning may be deducted from the deposit as described in your Rental Agreement.

Cancellations & changes

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellation and refund terms are provided at the time of booking and in your Rental Agreement. The refundable deposit hold is released if a reservation is cancelled before pickup.

Vehicle use

Vehicles are for personal, lawful use only and must be operated in accordance with all applicable laws and the terms of the Rental Agreement, which include (among others) prohibitions on ride-share/for-hire use, driving under the influence, smoking, unauthorized drivers, and taking the vehicle outside the United States.

Insurance & responsibility

Renters are expected to carry their own coverage for the rental — either a personal auto insurance policy that extends to rental vehicles, or a credit-card rental benefit. We will ask you to confirm this before pickup. The specific coverage requirements that apply to your rental are set out in your Rental Agreement.

If you do not carry your own comprehensive and collision coverage, you must buy the coverage we offer at booking for the days of your rental, when it is available; if no coverage can be offered for your dates, a booking requires your own policy. What is available, what each option covers and what it costs are shown on the booking page before you pay, and the cover ends when the vehicle is returned. If you do carry your own policy, that coverage is optional — some renters take it anyway so that a claim never touches their personal policy. Cover is subject to the exclusions and prohibited uses set out in the Rental Agreement and in the documents for the option you choose.

Who can drive. The rental must be in the name of someone aged 25 or over, and that person remains responsible for the vehicle and for all charges regardless of who is driving. A driver aged 21 to 24 may drive only as a named second driver on such a rental. No one under 21 may drive the vehicle.

If a loss occurs, recovery is sought in this order: (1) your own auto insurance or credit-card rental benefit; and (2) only if that does not apply, the commercial policy Wolf Premier Drive carries on the vehicle. That policy is maintained for the owner's benefit and is not provided for the renter's benefit — you should not treat it as a substitute for your own coverage. Renters remain responsible for the applicable deductible and for any loss or damage not covered under (1), as detailed in the Rental Agreement.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolf Premier Drive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content, logo, and design of this website are the property of Wolf Premier Drive and may not be copied or used without permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the vehicles we rent.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA.
