Driver's license: valid and unexpired. Age requirements are shown at checkout.

Valid ID: Government-issued photo ID and driver's license required at pickup.

Additional drivers must be listed in the rental agreement and present valid licenses.

Vehicle is for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No rideshare use (Uber, Lyft, etc.) is permitted under any circumstances.

Vehicle must remain within the continental United States.

No smoking in the vehicle. A cleaning fee will apply if this policy is violated.

Pets allowed with prior approval. A pet fee may apply.

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level you received it at.

Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received — clean inside and outside.

Any damage must be reported immediately. Unreported damage is the renter's full liability.

A refundable security deposit is required and returned upon damage-free return.

Late returns without prior notice are charged at a prorated daily rate.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up — everything comes back, no fee. Cancel later than that, or don’t show up, and a $100 fee applies (never more than the rental total). The security deposit is always released.
